ABOUT LAMENEW

I was saved at the age of 14 and was passionate about my faith however I was working hard in the wrong direction for many years. I was not pursuing God’s assignment in my life. In fact I was limiting what God could do through me because my focus was not on Him.  For most of those years I was not able to get a clear picture of my life’s purpose. It became clear that I was not applying the principles Jesus set out for us to live by in His Word. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight” Psalm 3:5-6.

 

I recognized that in life it is all about where our faith rests– in God and His Word or in ourselves and our circumstances. We have a choice. I then chose to focus on God and on all of His promises and my way of thinking was transformed. My mindset and focus changed. God’s never ending love brought new perspective into my life and changed me into a new person. In the summer of 2017 God called me and my wife into ministry. Not long after we packed up, sold our home that we lived in for almost 20 years and moved to Stratford to start our ministry.

 

We give God all the glory, honour and praise. He has been with us each step of the way and we are excited to share the love of Christ with the people of Stratford
